I don't understand exactly what is so strikingly offensive. I, myself, am one quarter Native American...
To me this looks like a bunch of bored college kids that are angry for some reason or they have simply have crafted a really stupid, non intelligent humor joke. It doesn't lose its humorous quality because it plays on an ethnic group, it loses quality because it just isn't interesting or showcasing any nuance. I am sure most of us would be able to handle a joke that was a bit more apt. The best thing about racial jokes is that it may awaken the group concerned to some inherent theme or issue within their general existence that may seem arcane or ludicrous to another culture. Although the acts against Native Americans throughout the centuries are certainly heinous, I think anybody anywhere can handle and probably should have some jokes made about them. Unfortunately Native American Apparel isn't even intelligent enough to be funny.
